“Thank you Hopvine team for the great experience.

As a busy mum, I had rushed a bit with my brushing lately and the disclosing dye showed. Amy did a plaque score and showed me the areas I need to improve on. The GBT itself is wonderful. The water is warm and it is really gentle on your gums, even the cleaning part is gentle. There is lots of water, but Sophie the dental nurse was very good at using the suction and making me feel comfortable. The appointment took 45 minutes although it only felt like 20 minutes. I had a lovely experience and Amy is amazing. My teeth and gums felt so clean afterwards and my teeth appeared whiter due to some staining I had. I would recommend Amy and I will be having it done again.” TK

“I have just experienced my first ever appointment with a Hygienist. 

The Hygienist (Ash) was very nice but the Nurse (Tina) that was with her was brilliant! I stated, up front, that I didn’t think I would be able to tolerate the procedure, I explained that I have a low pain threshold. Ash patiently explained all that she was going to do and gave me a local to make things more tolerable for me.  The Nurse was so very kind to me. She checked that I understood what had been explained to me and that I was happy to proceed. This happened several times during the appointment. She was also very encouraging, assuring me that I was doing well. I know that would probably have been said regardless but it really did encourage me.

Thanks to the attitude of all involved, I was able to allow the procedure to happen and won’t be nearly so anxious on my return visit on July 28th! Please could you pass on my comments to both parties” LP

I just wanted to say how well I think you’ve all done during these hard times, my son (9) was scared of the dentist this time last year, but during the lockdown and pandemic, having to come in on his own and see the dentist has really helped, it has desensitised him and he is no longer scared and looks forward to his visits. Good afternoon  have just had my first (and hopefully last!) root canal treatment with Eduardo. I felt very anxious but they both reassured me and it really was all fine. The ambience is always friendly, and supportive and they are so thorough and kind. Today Douglas and the dental nurse that treated me were AMAZING! I couldn’t have been in better hands. They worked very hard to make me comfortable and I felt safe because of the attention to every minute detail! I think they deserve medals for being such a great team during the Covid-19 pandemic.
